How ChampionTracker works
- Export your past customers from your CRM as CSV or Excel. There are step-by-step guides for HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and others.
- Upload the file. Names, companies, titles, emails and LinkedIn links are found whatever your CRM calls the columns.
- Every contact is checked straight away and then every week. Job changes appear on your dashboard and in a weekly email.

Which Apollo plan includes job-change alerts?
On Apollo’s pricing page, job-change enrichment is listed from the Basic plan ($49 per seat a month, billed yearly) and not in the Free plan. ChampionTracker is free for 5 champions, and paid plans start at €19 a month (excl. VAT) for 150.
Can I use ChampionTracker alongside Apollo?
Yes. Upload your past customers from your CRM; when someone moves, export the job changes as a CSV and import them into Apollo to add them to a sequence.
Can I see job changes that happened before I signed up?
Yes. When you import contacts with their company, the first check compares that company with the person’s LinkedIn profile, so anyone who already moved shows up as a job change straight away.
How often are contacts checked?
Every contact is checked when you add it and then every week, at no credit cost. You can check any contact again on demand for 1 credit.
