How ChampionTracker works
- Export your past customers from your CRM as CSV or Excel. There are step-by-step guides for HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and others.
- Upload the file. Names, companies, titles, emails and LinkedIn links are found whatever your CRM calls the columns.
- Every contact is checked straight away and then every week. Job changes appear on your dashboard and in a weekly email.

Is there a cheaper alternative to UserGems for tracking job changes?

Does ChampionTracker connect to Salesforce or HubSpot?
Not with a live connection. You export your contacts from the CRM and upload the file; the columns are found for you. The job changes it finds come back out as a HubSpot import file or a Salesforce leads file (or CSV, Excel and JSON), ready for your CRM’s own import tool.
Can I see job changes that happened before I signed up?
Yes. When you import contacts with their company, the first check compares that company with the person’s LinkedIn profile, so anyone who already moved shows up as a job change straight away.
How often are contacts checked?
Every contact is checked when you add it and then every week, at no credit cost. You can check any contact again on demand for 1 credit.
