Option 1, recommended: your LinkedIn connections

On LinkedIn, open Me → Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Get a copy of your data.
Choose the data you want, tick Connections, and click Request archive. LinkedIn may ask for your password.
LinkedIn emails you a download link, usually within minutes. Download the file and, if it’s a .zip, open it: you need Connections.csv.
Upload Connections.csv, then pick who to track: your hiring managers and clients, not candidates. Only the people you pick are saved.
